It all starts with the initial consultation. You sit down with Mike and discuss your current condition and diet. Mike assesses your goals and then gets to work formulating a workout plan. He’s flexible. You can work with him in one-on-one sessions, with a friend, spouse or in home training. Or if you prefer, you can simply follow a meal program Mike sets up for you, checking in with him periodically on your body fat percentages. Whatever works.

From young kids who have healthy lessons to learn, to hungry competitors with trophies to earn, to post-pregnancy women with a few calories to burn, Mike’s helped countless people of all ages and from all walks of life.
